I think everyone starts with a certain amount of respect, and they can earn or loose respect after you know them.

I treat everyone with respect, unless they give me a reason not to, and sometimes even after I am given a reason to loose respect for them.

The reason I made this thread is because I took a call at work today, and the guy was a dick to me because I did not know who he was, or that he was a regular, or the that he knew the owners, and that they knew exactly what he wanted just by me saying his name.
