i have a box tuned to 39hz. how do i find the resonant frequency of my truck do i need to plug the ports or what ever frequency hits the highest just tune to that?

get the frequency checked in a shop, if yo don't have a mic. Easiest and accurate way, rather than going by ear alone.

Then build a box according to that frequency. (the tuning will be a few Hz lower than actual peak)

does it matter that my box is already tuned to 39hz or is a cars resonant frequency always gonna be the same no matter what your box is tunes to?

ur cars resonant frequency will always be the same unless u did some changing to the car.
