Resonant Engineering v. Blue Print

the RE would be louder. the Blueprint is a SVC 4ohm sub so you're not getting as much power as if you went with the RE. the Blueprint has a little edge over the RE in SQ. SPL on the other hand..the RE wins by a bit.

Originally posted by thegunner Which sub would be more durable, a 15" RE HC or a Blueprint 1503? also which would hit harder with good SQ? i will be putting one of these in 4 cubic feet tuned to 30 Hz. run by a JBL 1200.1. thanks for your help
Go with the RE, good amp. but look into getting a audiobahn 1500HCX, they put out 2000 Watts.

I have owned a 1203BP and i own a 10hc. There both pretty much the same in every way. Go with the 1503 due it's cheaper. But your amp dosent due 4ohm with high wattage i would go Hc15 due to the wireing it down to get higher wattage. They both get hella loud and sound nice and clean at the same time. The Re has a stronger cone and thats about it. Cant really go wrong with BP or Re. Also i wouldnt port it with a JBL due no subsonic filter.
