What can I expect an approximate cost for RE to rebasket my 15 XXX into an 18 XXX and also recoil it, and all that good stuff...pretty much, me send them a used 15 and getting back a new 18...any ideas?

Just buy yourself a new 18" sub from RE and you'll have yourself a 15" AND an 18".
