RE's 2.8 dual coils

would this be like a dual 2 or dual 4? what would u wire it as? is it something like 1.4 after everything is done so when impedence rise comes into effect it kinda counteracts that? or am i thinking wrong?

2.8 is the "dual 4"...either 5.6 or 1.4.

theres no way to figure what impedance it jumps to typically. ones just nominal impedance and the other is dc resistance

i'm pretty sure the 9.1 will handle .7....call eD to make sure but i seem to remember someone saying something about it handling it well, i'd just make sure it doesn't void the warranty

try it, if the amp goes into protect, then it cant handle the impedence, simple.

I got dual 2.8 coils on my bmf - crossfire amps can handle it.

my xxx is supposed to be d2 and it reads 1.4 in parallel
