Replacing the stock grilles on my T/A

Ok, so I decided to buy a set of the RSD-65CS's for my doors, because of all the good reviews. So I installed them, and they sound great. But here's my question... Is it possible for me to replace the old, stock grilles in my 99' ***** Am with the PG ones? The reason I ask is because the speakers don't go right against the door panel, they kind of lean in at an angle. I HATE the stock look, and was wondering if there was a way.

did you mount your speakers to the door panel? they should be mounted in the original speaker location, and i guess if you wanted you could mount your grills to your door panel over the hole but i dont think it would look the greatest

Yeah, the grilles are a bit bigger than the panel holes.
