Replacing Stock Stereo help!

I have a Vauxhall Corsa B and it is currently fitted with a radio/cassette unit. I have bought a new pioneer stereo to replace it. I took the old one out, however the new one won't fit. Im guessing i need to take out the old metal cage, however do i need to buy a new one the fit the new stereo in?

you will need a mounting kit and wire harness adapter for your specific vehicle.

call up crutchfield and get the stuff from them. they've got great costumer service.
