drag it!
I have a JVC Arsenal KD-AR360 head unit that my dad gave me (for free!) when I put starting building my system. Now I'm looking to upgrade it, since my Sirius box just stopped working out of no where and it's not under warranty. I'm not spending another $100 for a replacement Sirius tuner to use with this head unit.
So I'm looking to get a new head unit that is compatible with Sirius satellite radio and my iPod (and charges it). I have a 5-band EQ, but I wouldn't mind taking it out for a nice EQ built in to the head unit. It needs to be single DIN.
A new thing where I live is the HD Radio craze... a lot of stations where I live use the technology, it interests me a little. I'd prefer a head unit with HD Radio capabilities, but it's not necessary. MP3 is a must of course!
I'm not an audiophile and I don't need anything too extravagent. Budget? Somewhere around $300-$400 maybe? I was considering the Pioneer Premier DEH-P880PRS... but I don't know if it's exactly what I'm looking for.
