Replacing 2 10's. 2 12's or 1 15?

I blew one of my 10's so I've decided I'm going to sell the other and get new subs. But what I was wondering was whether I should get two 12's or 1 15? Keep in mind this is going in a Ford Ranger.

If you have the room for a proper sized enclosure I would go with the 2 12"s they will have a larger amount of cone area.

Mixture of both. My other subs weren't too good on sound quality, but they were loud. And I didn't mind that. As long as sound quality isn't too bad.

What amp are you going to be using? What is your budget? I can't really give many sub suggestions since I have only heard a small percentage of subwoofers on the market, maybe someone will see this thread that has more knowledge.

I heard a dd 3512 the other day and i loved it. Was paird up w/ hertz mlk2 and zapco amps.

the 3512 is a good sounding woofer. that is my old (stolen) 3512 in the avatar. it was paired up with a zapco dc1100.1. i now run a c2k 9.0 and a pair of 2510's and i am much much happier with the amount of cone area. it is super energetic. clean note shifts. tons of range. and has a lot of upper bass which suits 90% of the music notes that we listen to, including rap.
