Replacement remotes?

I have an old viper alarm that was installed in my car 7 years ago. The place that installed it is long gone. I don't remember what model I have and I need replacement remotes. (They still work but the keychain loops broke)

Could I just call viper and give them the numbers on the back of the remote or do I have to find the brain for the model number? I have no idea where it is lol.

EDIT: oh it says Python on the remote. Guess it's a python.
