Replacement CD Changer

The CD changer in my 2002 Mercedes C240 seems to have shat the bed, I need a replacement and I'm looking at a Pioneer CDX-FM 687. Does anyone know whether this is a good replacement or does anyone have a suggestion? I'm not looking to spend a ton of money, I'm old and my ears aren't that discerning anymore...........

You can buy a used Mercedes CD changer on ebay.......

CD Changers | eBay

Replacing a factory changer with another is the easiest way to go.
