Replacement Carpet with sound deadener built in

My old carpet in my car is a bit moldy smelling since I accidentally left my windows open when it rained. I am looking at replacing them and found this site that offered a good price. They also offer a "mass backing" as an option which they describe as a rubberized backing to reduce road noise and heat transfer. Another option is a 24sqft piece of "sound and noise insulation" for 39.99.

Depends on how much mass it has, but any added mass is going to add at least some noise blocking.
