it means " its broke "

it's not broke. it works fine, but engine noise cannot be solved no matter where wires are ran. ground loop isolator fixes the problem. someone told me that whatever p/y is was the problem

why don't you call the company that makes the amp or fixed the amp and ask them?

xtant is the amp and they are no longer. the repair company was a guy at soundtrack which is now ultimate electronics.
