repair kicker subs?

Does any one know if you can repair a 12" L7 solobaric. A friend of mine blew it ( we think) when you push the cone in the subs reads 3.7- 4.1 ohms and when you let the cone out it jumps up to 22 ohms.

it would have to be done at the factory.
