remote wire split?

I put one remote wire into my amps terminal then had another wire coming out of the terminal into another amp, like daisy chaining

not enough voltage to turn on the 3rd or 4th amp.
Actually, the problem becomes that the head unit has to supply too much current for more amplifiers - and usually the remote turn on leads have a maximum current of under an amp. Exceed that, and you'll likely toasterize some parts inside.

That's why I have a 500ma inline fuse on my remote wire, just in case it gets shorted to ground or something.

My bad. Jack = the man. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

so if I have an 800 or 1000ma quick blow inline fuse just laying around, it would be a good idea to use it when I run both my amps?
