Remote that works from outside the car????

How far out of the car are you talking? My sony remote for my CDXm620 works when I'm outside at the trunk fiddling with my amp. I have a big ugly Oldsmobile, so that's fair distance.

Talking 10-15 feet from the head. do you have to aim the remote at the face? And dose the remote have to be insight with the Face, or will it work through the doors, glass, cab and All that stuff?

Well, I figure I was around 8 feet away, and I had to point it at the HU, through the window. It woudln't go through the doors, I'm sure.

Hah. I'd be hard pressed to make my olds look attractive in any stretch of the word, although I'm trying now. It's an 83 Cutlass Ciera = Ugly
