u can use any alarm that is remote start,just got to bypass the clutch when remote start is activated.ive done plenty of them,all brands.

Wow really??? i was under the impression that they wouldnt work... how hard is it for a noob in alarms to install one with remote start by myself?

Yes any alarm can be used...although to do it "safely" most companies do not support it and will void the warranty. Most shops also will not install them unless that is their specific purpose. Nothing in the DEI line supports RS in manual trannys anymore.

If you attempt to do your own car it is not that difficult depending on your curent knowledge. If using a RS not designed for manual trans at least be safe and look into find your Neutral Safety wire and use it. I have seen/heard way too many accidents with RS on manuals and wouldnt want to see it happen to anyone else,.,.,
