wrong. On most aftermarket harness yellow is the 12v constant and red is the ignition.

well i hooked it up to the HU battery wire and the battery died ( i kno im dumb ).

now i just need to kno how to hook up a toggle switch. so i can turn it on/off.

as for the lighter i just took off the consol cover and it would be very hard too do it. atleast imo. and i tried the fuse box under my steering wheel. dont that work. im running out of options.

Okay I made a mistake I told you the yellow was accessory and I was wrong its the red that turns on and off with the key. Sorry for the mix up.

Just hook up the amp remote wire to the red ignition wire on the back of the HU...
