Because it says contact ipod support. It won't restore either.

hm....they usually give some sort of information as to what is wrong.....I have never had one not

And I have fixed quite a few.

Just gives a website. http://www.apple.com/ipodsupport or whatever. Apple will not fix Ipods currently. Replacement is 150 because they give me credit, but I would rather not pay 150.

they give you a free label to ship to them and diagnose it for free, then give you a price for the repair and tell you what the problem is. my nano died out and did not want to turn on, sent it in, told me it was the battery, paid $45 with shipping and got it back 100%. if you want to keep it i hit them up.

That site is weird. It like lets you fill out the info but you can't do anything after that.

Bump
