relapse is a great album. I like it better than any of his other ones right now.

Ok I feel the need to clear some stuff up. Hip hop is an umbrella filled with several elements. Rap, Dj'ing, art such as graffiti, dancing (breakdancing), fashion, producing music. So to say that a song isn't hip hop and that it's rap doesn't make sense. Rap is one element of hip hop and to say that Eminem isn't hip hop is ridiculous.

Eminem is an amazing lyricist but i think he has a work ethics problem, hes rich now so why work at it. Theres ntohing else he can do really. I bet if he went bankrupt and was on the verge of losing everything and decided to do an album it would be hotter than imaginable. But untill then we get his playful side that isnt really that great. Ill buy the CD and check it out cuz im a true Em fan. But he isnt on top of his game anymore.

You're going to question Eminem's work ethic? He has stepped up his flow and is using so many different styles and the way he is putting his words together is unmatched by any Emcee. Big Pun may be the only rapper who could touch the way Em flows and the method in which he can rhyme. I'm not going to argue with people who say Eminem sucks because that's just your opinion and you can't change people's opinion when it comes to music.

As far as rappers go there are plenty of rappers old and new doing their thing. Lupe Fiasco, Rhymefest, Micky Facts, Kidz in the Hall, Blue Scholars, Immortal Technique, Cory Gunz, everyone in slaughterhouse, Bobby Creekwater, Scarface, Nas, Em, AZ, Dilated Peoples, D12, Freeway, Talib Kweli, Kanye, Wale, Tribe Called Quest, Common, Ghostface, Red and Meth, GZA, Raekwon, Ludacris, T.I, B.O.B, Bun B, Chamillionare, Clipse, Young Chris, Z-RO, Outkast, Twista, Jay, Game, Jadakiss, Styles P, Mos Def, and much more.

And the other parts of hip hop are still alive and well. Hip hop dancing is extremely popular just look at ABDC, the art is still there, dj's all of it is still there.

i agree, it's ridiculous how talented he is. It's sad people say he has gotten worst. If you don't like him that is cool, but i think he is back and just as good as before, if not better.
