refurbished kicker sx amps?

I was looking at some 2 channel amps and i found this:

It seems like a good price but it is refurbished and says it doesn't come with a bass control or the side covers but i read that sx amps are pretty good amps. And i think it is an older model because the 400.2 isn't on kickers website. So what do you think would it be worth it or would i be better of going for a new lower end model for the same amount of money?

Refurbed is fine by me. I wanted an SX900.4 BADLY, but it works out cheaper to go with a Xenon 200.4, and as much as it is cool to have, I don't need the DSP.
