I remember buying a refurb 15" kicker l7 from audiosavings, and it would blow every month with about 500~ @ 4 ohms, all gains set right and everything.. maybe its just from audiosavings..

yea i had a refurb l7 12" with the coils labeled coil 1 + coil 1 - coil 1 + and coil 2 -

no i didnt miss type that thats how it was on the sub

I had 1 year warranty from audiosavings, $50 to swap it out every time (shipping included)

I got a referb L7 12 for $170 or so. it died in a week

got replacement,it died in 2 weeks.

sent it back to kicker in FLA, They sent out a new L7. Ran it for about 3 months

Sold it for $175 (Plus another $50 for the box)and Bought a 12 W6

So a referb L7 was a good buy for me.

a regular kicker is bad about blowing a once fried kicker blows quicker...if you like sending a sub back and fourth for repairs buy kicker if you want something that will last buy DD
