Reference Audio/Song?

Is there a song/audio file which is widely accepted as a "reference" file....something which you can use to see how well your tuning/setup is? I like what I'm hearing on my setup so far (some changes will happen eventually), but i can't help but think I can do better, and that some high quality, standardized audio clip will help me fine tune things. Does it, or do they, exist?
