thats what ima do, and those were my thoughts exactally. They cant search your trunk without a warrant...

Not true, atleast in florida.

Had my truck searched without my consent twice. Asked my government teacher about it, and said if they had probable cause, which there's no way they did, they can pretty much do whatever they want. It's your word against there's when it comes to probable cause, but they can just say they thought you were suspicious and they'll win everytime.

It's your word against there's when it comes to probable cause, but they can just say they thought you were suspicious and they'll win everytime.

maybe in the 407 but down here in 954..they cant....

plus if they pull u over for a system then they have no probable cause to be in ur trunk...

and its like a murder case.. if u find a weapon cuz u searched a house without a search warrant, the evidence gets dismissed, so i dont see why it would be much difference...

lol...in fla they dont ask us to get out.. they walk to the window "liscense and registration" then go back to their car.. and then come back with a ticket..

I go thru the front gates of Fort Knox every morning, and they rotate the guards every day so you get a different one every time.
