Red top underhood Yellow or Kinetic in back?

I ahve a red top underhood. Its it bad to have a different battery in from the one in the hood? Will it be bad if I go with a kinetic or some yellow tops?

lol it wont http://www.kinetikaudio.com/manuals/khccells.pdf page 9 shows you how. kinetik would work in your case i would go with a 2400

psitive to positive negative to negative. and a red top to a yellowtop will be fine.

dont forget to fuse it.........i know some people say not to but it leaves ALOT more potential to catch fire if you dont

yea def gonna fuse it. Bought a fire extinguisher after that thread about that guys truck that burning down in front of him. Still undecided might go with two yellow top or a 2400 just depends on prices. Thank you for the input.
