red top or yellow top??

whats the difference? i was looking at some and some optima red top batteries had more cranking power then the yellow tops? what would be better for my 03 kia spectra gs

Yellow is AGM, red is lead acid, non AGM.

Both batteries are agm it's just the red top isn't a deep cycle and isn't meant to be fully discharged.
