Red Top Optima???????

Hey i was trying to decifer my problem with my system, and i was wondering whats the likely hood of my second battery which is a red top optima to just lose juice to supply for the 2500d. Before i started to have my problem with my subs there lite to no dimming of lights, but now after something happened, in which im not really sure of what happened i think my system took like a surge i was like driving normally with the system 1/4 of the way up and it just made this weird noise and didnt play the same way since.

But anyways just wondering if the problem could have came from the alt or battery. Since i had the surge or whatever now when i crank up the gain knob for the 2500d my lights tend to dim.

Im thinking about just testing the battery and alt to see if there fine if thats ok then i know its the amp that took a crap on me and will be getting replaced real soon.

I'd just get them tested at AutoZone or Advance or something...

I have an extra RedTop if you need one, I want to get rid of it.

sweer i got to call him when i get back from canada so i can hear it. yea im going to get them tested before i put another amp in. i got a buyer for my amp was considering on getting the IA 20.1 or just send back my SX's to get wired for a dual 4 ohm instead of a 2 ohm so i can setup my system to run at 1 ohm, should wang pretty hard then.
