Gti no, it uses a edge wound coil..

Audiobahn, doubt it very seriously as it's a chinese based woofer and odds are it isn't an american standard 3" coil.

Why not the Audiobahn? I mean I can understand the JBL but the audiobahn Immortal was built by TC?

Immortal wasn't built by TC...

I doubt very seriously if it is an American standard 3.000" coil...if you have a set of calipers measure the ID of the coil...

well if it helps any, *I have no calipers* But the JBL coil fits in the motor....if not built by TC it was designed by them.......thats what I heard atleast.

pretty sure he is talking about the original 4 spoke immortal, not the new chrome ones. It was said that Resonace Inc. built them, which has also built DD and Audioque. Just found that surfing around, I beleive Squeak said it

getting custom voicecoils made to replicate the one you have (if they aren't standard) are going to be very expensive...assuming you can even find someone who can make custom coils.

caliper measurements? if you can get those, i can see what i have around...
