recones for re audio se-12 spoke

well one of my subs is developing a scratchy noise so im prolly gonna 110v and make a movie, but i need to find the best recone avaiable to me. the amp im running is the re audio dts 1500.1 so give you an idea of wattage. im running 1 ohm now with d4. Ive never done this before so little advice is kinda what im looking for.

can make the se handle 1500rms but if you have 2 sub they both have to be reconed to match...

i would like to recone both since the good one has had tinsel lead issues already so i will be looking to recone both. but if i build to those specs will it hurt my amp?

i dont know to big of a speaker for amp, idk just wondering since the impossible seems to happen to me lately, but where can i get the recones you speak of?
