Recones for 4" VC subs?

I have a RF Power 15" thats a single 8 ohm 4" VC sub. I called Rockford and they can't recone them anymore. What other companies can recone a sub like this? I emailed TC a few times months ago, but they wouldn't respond so I suppose they don't want my business.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'd also like it to made to be a 4 Ohm sub or a dual 4 Ohm sub? That should be possible if they came from the factory like that, right?

i don't think FI has a 4" coil for recones. That's not to say they don't have them tho

o yeas that right they just have the 3" i remembers now

but Atomic would be a good place to call

DD would probably charge out the *** for them. Atomic is a better idea since they're a buildhouse

I keep thinking of just buying the recone kit. re-cone myself

Call TC. Don't email because calling gives you direct answers. I've never had a problem with callin them and gettin a response. You could always have a custom coil made.

well when i emailed Audioque about buying a recone kit from them they said to contact DD audio and i thought wtf?

so i asked if i would get a DD dustcap and they said that just to ask for a audioque dustcap and they would have it undercontrol.. So my thought is just order an audioque recone ? lol

I had one of those subs, they were great. mine had VCs rubbing and couldn't get a recone anywhere. Good luck to you
