ok well i have some tc/la storm 3 hp laying a round . thinking of reconeing them to 18'' burp subs. is it possible to make the SUSPENSION to stiff that the woofer wont work do to motor not being strong enuf to work properly

yes. it also depends on weather ur gonna just burp or play music with how much power. i spider too many and it could cost you several db's. talk to a pro when you order ur recone...
