He hasnt changed his username, and its not post dumping Tard. Its a ban able offense to have multiple usernames.

EDIT: And also whats up with people who have some what of an authority? If we called someone a "tard" it would probably be a warning or a ban depends if the mod is a douche or having a bad day. It really dont matter though, theres plenty of other car audio sites. Bully.
