Recommended repair shop for defective overhead DVD?

I recently bought a used SUV that has an aftermarket Delphi overhead DVD player installed. The unit worked fine until about a month ago. DVD audio plays fine but the video is not showing on the screen, only a default DVD menu screen. This should not be a major issue, and probably a lot cheaper than spending $600-$1000 on a brand new unit. Can anybody recommend a company that is online that would look at this machine with a mail in repair option? Best Buy told me they would just mail it in and requires the wiring harness be removed and sent along for the repair. I know there is a company out there that can handle these, but I can't find anybody local that can.
