Recommendations on a Chev Volt?

I have a volt and i'm looking to upgrade the stock radio. The door speakers shouldn't be a problem, but i'm worried about getting a system for the 12v battery. I really do not want that battery to get close to draining.

Does anyone have experience with any systems, or have any recommendations for me?
