Recommendations 3 ohm stable @ ~1000rms

Hi im looking for an amp thats delivers about 1000w (or a little less) @ 3 ohms.

Also, how do you go about finding out if an amp is stable at 3 ohms? Whenever looking for specs all i find is 1, 2, or 4. Im looking for a class d to power 12" sub but i would prefer something not too pricey.
