Recommend Me a Sub!

I have a Kicker ZX 750.1 amp and I got two dual 4 ohm CVRs hooked up to it and I'm only getting half the amps power. I plan on selling these subs and getting a new sub. Any recommendations for a 10' or 12' sub that has 750 RMS watts? Or Two 12' subs that have about 400 RMS watts each? My budget is around $200. I want to get a JL w6v2 but I'm on a budget. I am looking for both SPL and SQ.
