Recommend me a SINGLE DIN touchscreen monitor w/ VGA?....

Seems to be one of the cheapest single din vga touchscreens I could find... Looking 7 inches too. From what it says it is the same as the Thermaltake A2413 made in the same factory but for half the price...

DO you guys have any others you would recommend? This would be connected to a carPC

anybody?....ALso does anyone know if I could go active with a Carputer setup? Either way Im still going to do it but I wasnt sure how I would be able to do it...
