Recommend me 10" subs

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to purchase 10" in subs. I want SOUND QUALITY. My initial thought was 10" JL w6v2, but after reading some threads, it looks like if I avoid the major brand names I can get better quality. My budget is around 300-400 for both subs.

P.S. if you have a amp recomendation that would be great too. I was thinking about P1000-1bd. Thanks.

the w6v2 is an excellent sq driver and one of the better ones on the market. 90% of people who dont like them, dont because of the price. shop around and find a good price for them, you should be very happy with them if you really looking for sq.

someone has some ed 10o.44's in classifieds. they use the TC 2+ motors and are absolutely magnificent. do a search for them, he's selling for 125 shipped each. thats within your budget

If you can get the JL's in that price snag em. the other guy is absolutely right about JL bashing, I bash em all the time but only because of price. the product is great tho.
