Rear Stage

Is the rear stage even worth getting? I sometimes have people ride with me so, but for the driver, does it add any sound quality or is it not even worth it?

Doesn't do anything in a sq setup for the driver. All it does is add rear fill and if done wrong pulls your sound stage back. If you don't care about staging and prefer a surround or just loud then yes. Normally keeping stocks or base coaxels work fine

Only if you have some sort of Surround processing.

It's called rear fill

If you have a DSP with a 5.1 or 7.1 up mixer, rear fill is really cool and adds so much to the image.
