rear ended!

on friday i was rear ended on the highway in my winter car, today i call the guys insurance company to see when they were coming to see my car they said there still trying to find the guy who hit me cause he never reported that he did.

they told me on friday that they would get me a rental car a soon as they can confirm that there was a accident, i faxed them a copy of the cop's accident report on friday.

my friends think i should just go get the rental car now and just send them the bill, i have another car so i could careless a bout getting one. but if they want to i'll take one.

so do you think there just d!cking around about finding the guy, i sent them the cops report, i think that should of confirmed it.

and when the guy rammed in to me he pushed my trunk into one of my solo's now it has small hole in and is scratched up and my amp got smashed into the wall of my trunk and scraped it up to.

"my amp works but it's a new pg t1200.1 and i think it was real sexxy now it's all messed up so i'm mad."

"do you think they'll pay for my sub and amp"?

Do you have full coverage insurance on the vehicle? It should be included in the damage...but may not because the subs aren't technically part of the car. That ***** that ya got hit btw..

"harley's ville" i think it's called. the guy who hit me was in a car dealership's truck with a dealers plate.

The dealership should have insurance as well, if it has to you might be able to take it up w/them and they could take it up w/him, save yourself some grief.

thanks, i'm glad i wasn't in my Z28. the guy who hit me was born in the late 1920's. he is to old to drive "imo"

There are some older people that can drive better than many of my 18-25 yr old friends..but then again there are those that just should accept it and not get behind a wheel. Facts of life your abilities and reaction times drop as you approach 80 years of age.
