It alters your state of mind, but not everyone who drinks gets violent. Your still making the point that we should outlaw something because a small percentage of its users, misuse it. Compare the number of people that drink alcohol responsibly to the number of people that don't. I mean it may alter your mind, but unless it causes every single user to do get violent then your point is null.The difference is alcohol alters your state of mind. Carrying a gun or knife might do that too but thats why there are laws on those. If im drunk, my decision making will be different then sober. I could shoot the fuck out of you drunk for looking at me funny and it would be something i would write off sober. Playing with the radio, screwing around and all, while dangerous, doesnt alter your capabilities like alcohol does. Thats like comparing weed to water like the guy did above.
