Really strange high pitch noise that's not alt.

I wired a 2002 tahoe today from scratch new head unit

A planet audio 4ch amp to push highs and a 10" sub. I got everything

In with new speakers ran new lines for them etc. I turned the truck on

To fine tune eq on amp and everything sounded amazing! I proceeded

To put doors back on and bolted amp down. I left the head unit for last

I got to put it in and like and idiot I didn't turn truck off and so as I am

Push head unit in my other hand turns it on and all of a sudden boom it pops

And I get an extremely high pitch whistle. I've done enough installs to know alt

I had an experience similar to this with a Hu that had a USB cable on it. I had pinched the USB cable on install. If your Hu has one attached to it it maybe worth looking at it closely.
