I'm pretty sure the Subaru Impreza does. VW has 5x100 too, but I can't remember if any have a 55 offset.

yeah the best answer i could find was the 2005 subaru outback 2.5(i think)

and i knew the newer vdubs had 5 x 100, i don't know how to find out about the offset.

ok here's another question then.

at http://www.victoriatire.com i found a set of rims i like, but it doesn't say anything about offset either way. i typed in my car as the 05 outback, and it still didn't say anything about offset. is there something i'm missing on the site? or do i have to call them?

I just checked it out, looks like you'll have to call them to find out.

no, they're for my 79 beetle. i'm putting disc brakes on all the way around, and i'm trying to decide whether or not i should go with the 5 x 100(55 offset) pattern, or 5 x 130(porsche pattern) but i can't decide that until I know what wheels i want.

these were some wheels that caught my eye as that was the exact color i planned on painting my car this summer..
