Real world numbers for the 2500?

If you can keep 14.4 I would say a realistic 2800-3200W before taking into account the inefficiencies of the subs/box (imp. rise etc)
250A recommended fusing. 14.4v, 86% efficiency @ 4 ohm (which would be reduced @ 1 ohm). I'd ballpark ~2500-2700 if ~14.4 can be readily maintained.
