Real quick question

Haha, I feel stupid for asking, but it's just a quick question.

I bought a wiring kit off of a friend, and on the power wire, only one side has a ring terminal. I assume that goes on the battery right? But the fuse (I think it's a fuse. A plastic cylinder on one end of the cable) is like one foot from the end with no ring terminal. Which side goes on the battery? Do I need another ring terminal?

The fuse needs to be right after the battery as close as possible. Your friend probably used a hex clamp ring terminal on the battery side where the fuse is. Unless he was an idiot and placed the fuse on the wrond side //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
