I would say go with a pair of 12 inch Solo's if you want to go with kicker.

If you want balls to the wall bass go with MT's, DD 9500's, DD9900's, Kicker Solo X's, or Incriminator Audio Death Penalty's....etc. These are pretty much the woofers that are getting the loudest in the world right now.

ok 2 be honest ......i wouldnt do the L7..i say that from a durability standpoint.......with the kind of power your talkin i see melting coils in your futer with the L7's
being tha u have a van....i would save money and do something crazy..but realistic

...how about 8 10's or 8 12's......something that will pound but soud good doing it

I have 2.2kW rms going to each of my 4 L7 12's courtesy of zapco 9.0s... These are the old L7 12s you will find in my huge long post I started two years ago... They have survived daily driving, abuse, and well over 300 full power burps. That being said, I LOVE re mt's and Incriminator Audio's Death Penaltys!! Both of those subs (and the L7s) sound LIGHTYEARS ahead of dd's 9900 and 9500 series.
