Thats cool, actually for SCOTT KAPLAN's sake I hope he gets it resolved. I'd much rather loose $1000 than face the charges he has coming:

-UPS account fraud

-US mail fraud (makes it federal offense)

-grand theft felony (over $750)

-countless evidence!

...and I'm willing to let him pay me back only 50% of what he owes me and I will call it even, since he has spent most of it from what he said! I can't do anything more for this kid other than file on him come FRIDAY. I had a long talk w/ him today on the serious charges he's facing, I hope he understands.
