re vs. se

got three re 8"s gettin' about 450 watts total in a 1.5^@33hz box. wondering if it's worth the extra money to upgrade to a pair of se 10"s with same setup,ie same amp and same type box:eyebrow:? opinions please.....thx!

I doubt 2 SE 10s off 450 watts would be louder than 3 RE 8s off 450 watts. If you want the SEs to be louder, you need more power - between 1000 and 1500 for a pair.
