Re Sx/xxx

I am looking for two new 12's and I think I have it narrowed down to these.

Two problems:

1. Have never heard them and don't know where to?

2. I can't get anybody at the company to get me a price or ordering info. That alone gives he hesitations about their product.

If anyone has helpful information, price, availability, performance, etc... I would appreciate it.

1. Unless someone around you has them it may be a little bit hard for you to demo them. I'm sure someone in Dallas has to have them though. Try to contact anyone you can find in Dallas with some RE equipment and see if they will let you come see it.

2. RE are kind of a funny company but don't doubt their products at all. You just have to keep calling their number and finally get them on the phone. When you say you cant get them to tell you prices do you mean you already called? If so that's pretty odd. When I ordered my SX they told me the price right on the phone and I ordered it. cant give out pricing on this website, RE has something worked out with goob i guess cause ive heard that people got banned or something for giving out pricing. You have to call and hope they pick up. They have great subs but i dont know how they stay in business with such horrible sales and customer service practices.

I have emailed and got no response, when I called, no one picked up. I am going to be running two ed nine.1's and was really wondering what the price difference between the sx and the xxx. Anybody have a Ballpark idea?

quite a bit i beleave, id say 150-250 more for a XXX.Also did you upgrad eyour electrical for those 2 amps? If not you might wanna rethink a XXX

Electrical upgrade is in progress. I was leaning tgowards the SX, but did not want to rule out the xxx, but $150 ea is quite a bit of difference.

don't even bother emailing them. and as long as you call during regular business hours, you shouldn't have a problem. i haven't had a problem getting a hold of them yet...
