sounds like either would do what you need. I was totally surprised by the output of the SDC's and SQ was very good on them, so they still get my vote...
Yeah the output surprised me when I bought mine without having already read on the forums about it... a local shop had them on sale for $170, which considering shipping to Alaska is a hell of a deal that couldn't have been beat even shopping online unless I was able to find a really good used deal. I have educated myself more since then and I'm glad I blindly bought such a good sub!
